Lightning Lords are hostile robots built by Dr. Wily. They are based on the enemy of the same name from Mega Man 2.

Dr. Wily sent three Lightning Lords to California Games to generate "competition energy" by attacking the N Team and the Northridge High Football Team. They flew around and fired lightning bolts, but Kevin Keene destroyed them with a single well-aimed Zapper shot.
