Michael Anthony "Mike" Tavera (b. September 24, 1961) is an American music composer and arranger who primarily works on animated cartoons. His works include House of Mouse, Fantastic Max, and Random! Cartoons, among others.
Tavera first worked on Captain N: The Game Master as a music arranger for Season 1's composers, Haim Saban and Shuki Levy. When both of them left, Tavera took over for them as the composer for the remainder of the series.
As of 2020, Tavera is still in the music business. His most recent works serving as the composer for the short movie "Raksha" and the Disney XD animated series Guardians of the Galaxy and Star Wars Resistance.
