Description[]
Prince John is a greedy prince who keeps taxing the people of Nottingham. He is an enemy of Robin Hood and the Merry Men.
Cartoon[]
Prince John can smell gold and was first seen sniffing out a stash that a shopkeeper was saving for the poor. He tried to flee after gathering the gold, but Kid Icarus shot the money pouch off his belt. At the archery tournament, he disguised himself as Maid Marian and had his guards arrest Robin Hood when he got close enough, but Kevin leaped into action and freed Robin Hood from the prince's trap.

Although the episode in which he appears is seemingly inspired by Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, Prince John did not appear in either the video game or the movie on which it was based.
