"The Trouble with Tetris" is a Season 2 episode of Captain N: The Game Master. It is the fourth episode of the season and the seventeenth episode of the series.

Plot summary[]
A gravity field pulls the N Team down to the world of Tetris, where Lana is reunited with Lyle, her long-lost clumsy brother. But Mother Brain sets her sight on the Sacred Square, the device that powers and keeps the world of Tetris together. It's up to Lyle to become more confident and team up with the N Team to prevent Mother Brain from getting her hands on this power source.

- King Hippo narrated the opening teaser promo for this episode in the original NBC broadcast.
- Aired alongside the two Super Mario Bros. 3 episodes "Dadzilla" and "Tag Team Trouble."
- First appearance of Mayor Squaresly, Prince Lyle, and the Blockheads.
- Squaresly and Lyle later reappear in Season 3's "Totally Tetrisized."
